	An energy performance certificate is often referred to as an EPC.
	All of our energy performance certificates are carried out by accredited Domestic energy advisors who are hand picked and will respect both you and your home.
	The energy rating of your property will be graded from A-G.  A - Being a high energy efficiency rating, G - Being a poor energy efficiency rating.
	An EPC is required by law when a property is constructed, sold or put up for rent.
	For landlords, the EPC is valid for 10 years.
